Once you have gone through the training and set up the software, the system works great. I love being able to offer online reservations directly to my customers. Plus the the 2 way feed of direct booking with channels like booking.com to avoid double bookings with no hassle is time saving for me. Simplifies my life at the reception and phone area of the hotel. Well worth the initial time and investment to set up.

Good PMS system for B&Bs

We are using Hotelogix for 1 month, it's simple and easy to understand, I was looking into 5 different options and took several months for my selection. Now we are using the PMS without problems. Hotelogix forces us to be more professional in our organization, and that's good!
Pros: They answer the emails very quick, and try to help very fast.
Cons: I will like if I can handle Hotelogix to register the arrival time at work for the staff. That feature would be very helpful for me.
