How do I upgrade to any plan?Open or Close
To upgrade from the Free Trial to Paid plan, choose the plan as per your requirement, click on the ‘Buy’ button and complete the payment. Alternatively, write to us at sales@hotelogix.com and we’ll assist you with the transition.
Do I have to pay anything extra for setup and support?Open or Close
Basic setup services are included in all the plans. For any customized training or setup requirements, additional charges will apply on a case-to-case basis.
What types of payment do you accept?Open or Close
We accept payment by all popular cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more.
What is your billing cycle for the paid plans?Open or Close
It is a 30-day billing cycle. Your contract gets renewed every month and will continue unless we receive further notification from you. (This does not apply if you choose the yearly plan).
Can I get an extended free trial?Open or Close
Yes, you can avail of an extension of your free trial. When you log in to your Hotelogix account, while it shows that the trial period is over, it also gives you an option to request for an extension of the trial. However, granting the extension is at our discretion.

The free trial gives you unlimited users as a fully loaded system for you to evaluate it to the fullest.
In case I want to downgrade or cancel my existing plan, is it possible?Open or Close
Yes, you can make such changes to your plan, which would reflect from your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a refund?Open or Close
We want our customers to be satisfied with our product. To accomplish this, we offer a 15-day free trial of our PMS so that you can use the system before you sign up. As we have a ‘try before you buy’ approach, we do not offer a refund for our product.
What happens after I pay?Open or Close
Once you make a payment, an Account Manager will be assigned to you and will assist you in getting started.
Are there any contractual obligations?Open or Close
All plans are month-on-month subscription based, so there is no lock-in period. Please take time to go through our terms of service and privacy policy.
