Hotelogix Terms of Service - Ambassador Plan

Hotelogix India Pvt. Ltd, is the parent organization of Hotelogix Cloud based property management system and we are pleased to offer you Ambassador plan on the following terms for mutual benefit.
1. Tenure of the Agreement:
- Tenure of the agreement to be 12 months
- Both Parties to be able to terminate with a notice of 2 months
- Commissions applicable continue to get remitted to the Ambassador post- termination for the duration of the tenure.
- This is non-exclusive
2. Roles and Responsibilities of Channel Partner:
- Generate Customer Leads. Make initial sales pitch.
- Conduct basic demos.
- Settle commercial terms with the customer
- Mediate and expedite going live of the customer
- Help collect sign up amount and recover dues in cases of non-payment
- Refer leads to Hotelogix and assist sales team during closure
3. Hotelogix Role and Support:
- Provide One Demo account
- Provide sales support for in-depth demos and closures will be done directly by Hotelogix
- 24x7 live chat support to the customer and Channel Partner. Presence on our Web site
4. Channel Partner Commissions:
You will be paid commissions during the validity of the agreement based on below mentioned slabs:
Monthly Commission:
- With $ 100 monthly billing, we will pay $ 150 commission, eligible on completion of three months period after payment confirmation.
- With more than $ 100 and less then 300 $ monthly billing, we will pay $ 250 commission, eligible on completion of this three-months period after payment confirmation.
- With more than $ 300 and less then 500 $ monthly billing, we will pay $ 500 commission, eligible on completion of this three-month period after payment confirmation.
Annual Plan: 20% of billing value for the year, eligible after payment confirmation.
Incentives for Hotelogix:
- Partner can graduate to Gold plan on signing up 20 properties within a year, without having to pay joining fee.
