Regency Inn, Arizona Chooses Hotelogix PMS from Day One of Going Independent from Choice Group

They evaluated several other well-known cloud based PMS's before finalizing Hotelogix due to ease of use, comprehensiveness and smooth and quick transition.
Regency Inn was part of the Choice group of hotels until recently and was using the chain’s legacy system, Choice Advantage as the PMS. The owner of the property, Mr. Paco Patel wanted an effective cloud based PMS once they decided to become an independent property. Mr. Patel and the hotel’s manager Brandee Smits evaluated several legacy and cloud based PMS before zeroing in on Hotelogix. Ms. Smits says “our criteria for evaluation included, customer support system, ease of initial set up, trial period transition and flexible pricing plans. With Hotelogix apart from being extremely satisfied from the product, we found the tech support, initial start-up cost and pay per occupancy model very attractive.”
Regency Inn was able to use ‘Hotelogix Trial’ to manage the property effectively and the decision to switch to Hotelogix was an obvious choice. Mr. Patel initially tried the 15 day free trial offer of Hotelogix and was able to move his whole system onto the Hotelogix PMS all by himself.
